“And the more you reward them for the good things they do, the better they will behave. You can buy pencils, cute erasers, and stickers as prizes” this quotation partially conveys the truth of the school life (p. 172). I feel connected when Grande mentions of the chaotic kids in her class room. This feels little awkward at the starting but the reward is the one thing, kids are in love with. As a kid, I used to love the rewards from the teachers. Even today at the workplace, I find something very interesting when the work loads are associated with giving rewards to the employees who can achieve it.
